Should the drinking age be increased, decreased or stay the same?

I decided to do research about the drinking age. In MA, the current drinking age is 21. There are many other places where the drinking is legal at the age of 18 or even 16. What is the "right" drinking age and which country's have it figured out. Also, should the United States amend their drinking age to other countrys' around the world?
